The Enterprise Systems Support (ESS) group within Administrative IT provides multiple enterprise application Help Desks for direct business application support, systems analysis and testing, client education, customer communications and change management for system implementations and enhancements with broad and diverse impact to UC Davis and Health System.
Our team provides application systems troubleshooting, answering client inquiries by researching and explaining policies and systems procedures, recommending self-help web information, researching reported problems to determine the source and possible resolutions, and guiding customers through steps used to arrive at solutions to 2600+ clients.
We also design, develop curriculum for and deliver different modes of training including classroom and e-learning solutions for systems managed by FOA.
